Skillful Means Group LLC is a coaching and software company based in Missouri, founded in 2026. We work on one problem from two directions: helping people close the gap between what they intend and what they actually do.

Who's behind it

The practice is led by Joshua Wexler, an 18-year product veteran with clinical social work training who coaches people through hard transitions: career, leadership, and the personal dynamics underneath the work.

How we think about it

Follow-through beats insight. Not doing something is information, not failure. We favor steady, practical progress over hype and over habit-tracker cheerleading, in the coaching and in the software alike.
